Santa Claus dances with sardines in S. Korean aquarium

You might have seen mommy kissing Santa, or kids sitting on Santa's lap asking for toys, or Santa urging Rudolph to lead his sleigh, but you've probably never seen Santa Claus like this before: In the water, dancing with sardines. A Santa Claus scuba diver at the Coex Aquarium in Seoul, South Korea, put on a show in which he dances with a school or sardines, and sometimes they appear to be synchronized. ITN News has the story. Take a look:

Apparently, this type of show is common among aquariums around the world. More from Huffington Post:
The aquarium, which aims to further marine education and oceanographic research in Korea and beyond, organizes feeding sessions of sardines, manatees and even sharks that are open to the public.
The Christmas-themed feeding sessions will continue almost every day for another two weeks, according to the aquarium's website.
South Korea isn't the only place where Santa is taking a swim.
For the rest of the month, Scuba Santa can be found underwater at the Newport Aquarium in Kentucky, where he's feeding rays, sharks and other underwater creatures; while in Tokyo, Santa costume-clad divers are swimming with dolphins, the Toronto Sun reports.

One thing missing from Scuba Santa in South Korea? A big, bushy, white beard.

Orca whales scare diver out of water and one chases dog (amazing video)

A free diver was forced onto rocks by a group of killer whales in an amazing, viral video from Mathesons Bay, New Zealand. Incredibly, one orca turned its attention on a dog chasing sticks in the water. Soon, the dog was high-tailing it to shore with an orca in seemingly hot pursuit. Check it out:

The YouTube post has generated more than 1.6 milion views. Here’s how it is described on the post:
The free diver was on his way back in when he must have seen the Orcas and quickly got out onto the rocks. It seemed like there was at least 4 Orcas around him of which one was a mother with her calf.

The one Orca came very close to shore where the Labrador was busy retrieving sticks from the water. He saw the whale and quickly turned around and swam back to shore with the Orca following as far as he could go.
A real life jaws-type event but without the shark.

Lady Gaga goes fishing in high heels and undies (photo)

Lady Gaga once wore a dress made of raw meat, so it probably shouldn’t surprise us when we learned that Lady Gaga once went fishing on a New Zealand beach wearing high heels, undies and a man’s dress shirt.

Actually, that sounds about normal for Lady Gaga.

The story of the pop star is revealed in the new release of “Celebrity Fish Talk: Tales of Fishing from an All-Star Cast,” featuring a foreword written by Academy Award winner Kevin Costner.

Lady Gaga took a two-day break from her Monster Ball tour back in 2010 by retreating to the Waiheke’s Goldwater Estate Vineyard on Waiheke Island.

There, Lady Gaga decided to do a little surf fishing.

“She’s pretty eccentric,” Jason Schwarz, the vineyard GM, told The New Zealand Herald. “She didn’t take her heels off once. She went down to Onetangi beach to go fishing in her eight-inch heels, undies and a man’s business shirt – that’s it. She still had her bright yellow hair.”

The accompanying photo of Lady Gaga was published by The Cut, a fashion blog for women from New York Magazine, which would seem to legitimize or authenticate the photo of Lady Gaga holding fish she allegedly caught and the fishing pole she allegedly used.

Uh, yeah, right. Seriously, NYMagazine blog? You couldn't do a better Photoshop than this? If anyone else out there can, send it to us and we'll allege your photo is the one of Lady Gaga fishing in New Zealand.

Dog catches salmon as fish swim across flooded road near Seattle (video)

Every year -- or so it seems – the Skokomish River overflows its banks and sends a river of water across the streets near Union, Wash., about 40 miles southwest of Seattle. And every time, salmon are caught up in the floods and are seen crossing the roads, prompting the annual “Why did the salmon cross the road” jokes.

This year’s flooding comes with a twist. A man went fishing for salmon using his dog. The Associated Press posted the raw footage, and please notice the man’s “stringer” of salmon:

So, any guesses as to why the salmon crossed the road?
